Most students learn about the concentration and death camps of the Holocaust – Auschwitz, Bergen-Belsen, Dachau. Fewer are aware that more than 2 million Jewish people and thousands of non-Jewish victims targeted during the Holocaust were murdered in fields, forests, and ravines in the former Soviet Union and other countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Many of these sites remain unknown, unmarked, and unrecorded.

Join us for a 17-hour teacher workshop on June 25 & 26, 2024 to learn about this lesser known but essential chapter of Holocaust history. Hear the voices of those who witnessed the Holocaust by Bullets. But also study contemporary mass killings – like the Mayan populations in Guatemala, and genocides – like the Yazidi people in Iraq, both of which have been investigated by Yahad–In Unum’s teams.
