MCHE Statement about Increased Antisemitism

As our community continues to grapple with the impact of multiple racist, homophobic, and antisemitic incidents, we acknowledge the sense of fear and hurt felt by the victims of these actions. We value the diversity of the people and cultures that make up our community. There is no place for hate, bigotry, and racism.

As we approach International Holocaust Remembrance Day, we are reminded that the hate that went unchecked some 80-90 years ago is not confined to the past. The lessons of the Holocaust demonstrate the necessity of standing against bigotry. We urge you to raise your voice, not just in condemnation, but also in support of those who have been threatened and marginalized.

Be a part of our future.

Our mission is to teach the history of the Holocaust, applying its lessons to counter indifference, intolerance, and genocide.
